FactaVue

About

Facts. Sources. Context.

FactaVue is an independent digital publication, in English and French.

We publish documented investigations and analysis on artificial intelligence, technology, media, science, business, institutions, funding, public policy, and the concentration of technological power.

Our principle is simple: go back to the sources, and give readers enough context and documentation to verify important claims and draw their own conclusions.

Editorial independence

Topics, the sources we keep and the decision to publish rest with FactaVue's editorial team. The artificial intelligence tools we use propose, extract and review; they never publish: no story goes online automatically.

The relationships of money and power we document are based on sources cited one by one. A documented relationship is not an accusation.

An openly declared pen name

Nick Freeman is the pen name of FactaVue's founder and author. It is an editorial signature, not a separate person: the stories published under this name are FactaVue's responsibility and follow its method.

Artificial intelligence, openly

FactaVue relies on AI models to search, read, write, review and translate. Each step is framed by automatic checks (sources actually read, quotations checked word for word) and by the editorial team's decision. Our method details what the models do and what they do not.

Two languages

FactaVue is published in English and French. The two editions have their own addresses, their own corrections and their own RSS feed.
